Our customers have access to all the name brand products which they have become accustomed to using. With your physician’s permission, we can make available to you free samples of some products.

Our Customer Care Representatives, some who use the same medical supplies as our customers, are caring and supportive. They have extensive knowledge and experience with your medical supplies. They understand everyday life issues such as bowel and bladder programs, getting to work, school, and doctor’s appointments, and improving quality of life. They understand that your lifestyle, personal goals, and your time are important. It is our goal to make getting your supplies simple and pleasant. We realize that even though the products used by our customers are similar, that each individual customer is unique and has individualized needs. Our Customer Care Specialists get to know each customer assigned to their care and will work with that customer’s physician and insurance plans to individualize their plan of care.
Insurance Verification and Billing
We accept assignment of your Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, and worker’s comp. We work directly with your physician and insurance to ensure that you get the supplies you need when you need them. After delivering your supplies directly to you, we take care of all the paperwork and billing so you don’t have to.
Monthly Supply Program
Our Customer Service Specialists work closely with you to ensure that you have the right supplies you need each month. When it’s time to re-order, we contact you so you never again have to worry about getting your supplies on time.

No shipping charges on all orders shipped via standard delivery service to any U.S. address. All shipment are discreetly delivered in plain packaging directly to your home . Most orders are delivered in 1 to 2 business days from your order approval. S2 Medical Supply distribution centers are located across the continental U.S. to ensure fast, convenient delivery. Some destinations receive Saturday delivery as standard service with no additional shipping costs.
