The Strata NF is the only silicone catheter indicated for the reduction of CAUTI. The StrataNF catheter is also designed with Comfort Layered Technology, similar to StrataSI. When placed in a patient, StrataNF provides a continuous controlled release of the local anti-infective nitrofurazone. The non-latex, all-silicone construction eliminates allergy-related concerns. Balloon size can be filled from 5 cc to 10 cc.
