What products are covered by Insurance?

Insurance and coverage can be confusing. Some of the most common questions we hear:

  • Are incontinence supplies covered by insurance?
  • Are incontinence supplies covered by Medicare or Medicaid?
  • Will Medicare or Medicaid pay for incontinence supplies?
  • Which incontinence products are covered by Medicaid/Medicare?
  • Can you receive free incontinence products with Medicare or Medicaid?
  • Does Medicaid cover diapers for babies or children?
  • Does Medicaid cover diapers for adults

Understanding which insurance covers Incontinence, Catheter, and Ostomy supplies and understanding which products are covered by insurance is a complex question that often leads to confusion. We’re here to help and provide clarity.

Products covered by Medicare and Medicaid are patient specific and state specific and related to the patient’s diagnosis. This is why the answers you read online are confusing and vague. There are no simple answer to questions of product coverage.

However, our specialists are dedicated to help you get answers and supplies quickly. Call and speak with one of our specialists who will work with your insurance to quickly determine the coverage and documentation for the supplies your case requires. We’ll work directly with your doctor to obtain all the prescriptions and documentation required and we’ll keep you fully informed during the entire process.

We're committed to ensuring that you and/or your child
receive the essential products they need.
