At S2 Medical Supply, our mission is to provide the highest quality products and service with an unparalleled attention to advancing the quality of the lives of those we serve.
As a nationally accredited healthcare provider of catheters and related supplies, ostomy supplies and adult and pediatric incontinence supplies, we manage free delivery of direct-to-you supplies by working directly with your doctor and nursing staff to gather all the required paperwork for Medicare, Medicaid or other insurance payors.
Our patients typically have a chronic medical diagnosis that affects the nervous system such as:
- Spinal Cord Injury
- Spina Bifida
- Transverse Myelitis
- Prostate related conditions
We also provide incontinence supplies to a group of very special children with developmental disabilities through our Kid’s Corner™ Incontinence Supply Program. Kid’s Corner™ is a special program developed by S2 Medical Supply in 2013 to address the incontinence needs of children for whom potty training is delayed or absent and who are covered by Medicaid.
S2 Medical Supply has been awarded Exemplary Provider Accredited Status, a status only achieved by healthcare companies that adhere to the strictest standards of quality care and business practices. We maintain accurate and confidential records to protect your privacy rights and personal information in accordance with HIPAA Guidelines.
Our philosophy of business is simple and begins with our belief that during business hours, your calls will be answered by a person and not a machine. Your calls are quickly connected to a Specialist, and we get to work immediately to deliver compassionate and personalized service. Patients talk directly with their Account Manager to ensure they receive the best service and products with the goal of improving the quality of the patient’s lives.
First, we talk with you to confirm your understanding of the products and the instructions for use. We also talk directly with your doctor, nurse or other medical professional to gather prescriptions and other medical documentation required by Medicare, Medicaid, or other insurance providers. Our Account Managers and Insurance Experts then develop a plan to send your catheter, ostomy, or incontinence supplies on a monthly schedule. We take care of all the paperwork and bill Medicare, Medicaid, or other insurance directly, so that the process is easy and hassle free for you.
